由被授權方提出海外區域代理授權申請，並填寫「海外區域總代理授權營運計畫」，經總部初步審查後個別通知。The applicant fill in the “Oversea master franchise business plan”. The Taiwan headquarter would contact the applicant after receiving the document.
被授權方來台或視訊與台灣總部之相關負責人進行洽談，討論初步的區域營運構想及開店計畫。The face to face meeting will be hold (via video call or meet in Taiwan) to discuss the initial business plan and store development.
台灣總部至被授權國進行考察及文件審核。The delegation from Taiwan headquarter will visit the authorized country to conduct a business fields trip.
被授權方與台灣總部簽訂相關代理授權合約，並繳交相關品牌授權金與保證金。The contract signed by authorized party and Taiwan headquarter and the franchise fee and deposit have to be paid after contract signed
被授權方需在當地選址並成立品研或教育訓練中心，作為飲品研發及台灣人員駐點中心。The authorized party selects an idea place to be the research center and the R&D staff would be sent by Franchisor to support the local drink research.
被授權方派員至少三到六名，至台接受職前教育訓練，由台灣總部提供門市教育訓練服務。The authorized party need to send at least six seeded staff to Taiwan to receive 240 hours training. The Franchisee would responsible for the transportation, accommodation fee in Taiwan
台灣總部派員進駐被授權國，進行開店相關前置準備，設立第一間門市據點。The Franchisor will send staff from headquarter to establish the first store.
台灣總部與被授權方針對所選門市據點，進行風格設計、門市裝潢、機具施工與驗收。The style, decoration and equipment of the first store would be discussed and get the instruction from Taiwan headquarter.
被授權方之人員教育訓練結果驗收與考核，須滿台灣總部設定之訓練時數及考核項目。The seeded staff of Master Franchisee need to pass the one month training in Taiwan.
被授權方所屬之門市進行試賣及開幕活動，海外門市正式開幕。The first store open and two staff from Taiwan headquarter would support in the opening period.
被授權方完成最低需開立直營店數後，即可由被授權方自行進行加盟後續運作。After achieving the minimum number of regular chain, Master franchisee could open the franchise to local people.
